"Our stay here was perfect— 5 mins from the ferry to Mackinac, very clean and modern interior, and check in/out was quick and easy! This is a perfect place to stay, we didn’t mind it being on the smaller side as we spent most of our trip out and about. For the price you cannot beat this especially compared to other surrounding options! "

St. Ignace is a great location. I like that everything is on one street for the most part. Very walkable, not as insane as Mackinac City. Great shopping, food, ferry locations, and fudge!

Such a quaint little town and (from an outsider's perspective) more charming than Mackinaw City. It had restaurants and sites without seeming like a "tourist trap."

St Ignace has been a tourist town for generations and knows how to do it. Port for Makinaw Island, near a casino, great restaurants and shopping..

I hadn't been to St Ignace since I was a kid in the early 1980's and was very impressed at the beauty of this town being located on the shore of Lake Michigan. There are so many little shops to go into and plenty of dining options.

St. Ignace is the gateway to the beautiful & wild UP from lower MI. There's lots to do, see, and explore. It's only ever been a pit stop for us but I'd love to make it a destination so we could take in all it has to offer.

St Ignace is a nice touristy town, if you have a car there is no hotel that is more than 5 minutes from all the ferries. All the ferry companies have parking available so don't fear about staying close to be able to walk.

It is a delightful little town with lots of shops, history, and beautiful views of Lake Huron & Mackinac Island.
"I love a hotel that actually services your room everyday, unless you ask them not to! So refreshing to not have to go get more towels or coffee etc. Upon check out I forgot all of my jewelry in the nightstand and called the hotel, the front desk went to the room, found the jewelry and assured me it would be in the mail the next day when I emailed a prepaid postage label. The staff emailed me the next day that the package was successfully mailed. Excellent customer service from start to finish at this hotel!"
"The renovations were beautiful. One suggestion would be that you upgrade the locks on the doors to a deadbolt type. The doorknob lock left us a little concerned, also daylight could be seen coming through from around the door. Regardless, not only would we look forward to staying again, but we would also wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting St Ignace."
"So the hotel is a motel style where all the doors are outside and you drive up to them. They have about 3 structures on the property that are the rooms. If you have more than one room they may be on a separate building like it was in my case. It's hard to see that when you book it online. That being said, i didn't mind it at all. The rooms where clean, breakfast was good and he view was incredible. We didn't feel unsafe and there are staff everywhere. They dint charge like a motel which means it doesn't attract unwanted guest but i could see where some might not care for that. Overall we had a great stay. One of the days was cloudy and we got to enjoy the indoor pool so our fun wasn't stopped. The ferry company we got to visit Mackinac Island was able to shuttle us from our hotel room. Super convenient! I have already recommended and i would definitely stay again. "
"Great location! Comfy rooms! Good breakfast. Fun beach n bar- beach needs work at waters edge - too rocky to enjoy water. Staff was excellent! Beverly and Cherie helped us on many different levels- very helpful and enjoyable!"
"We had a good time there. The staff (and possibly owner) were all awesome. The view out of the balcony window was awesome. It is right on the water so you definitely have to deal with the fish flies! The staff do their best to clean it up every morning. The rooms themselves are pretty typical, but roomy given how little you are paying for it."
