Excellent experience. Clean and comfortable with a luxurious feel. No staff but assistance was easily available on WhatsApp. Also such a charming location with a lovely restaurant downstairs.

A really welcoming hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff and a first class breakfast. We stayed here for the Challenge Almere triathlon and it all worked out perfectly. Would 100% recommend

We had a wonderful stay here. I thought it was a brilliant little place with lovely staff. A canal right outside the front door where at times you can watch the boats pass. We arrived late and our key was made available to us well after hours. The people here genuinely like to make u feel comfortable here and as long as his place remains open it will be the place we will be staying at whenever we come to Amsterdam again. The accommodation was in the centre of Hilversum town square, close to the train station. Various shops nearby - restaurants, fastfood, groceries, including a shopping centre. We loved our stay at the Alphabet apartment! The apartment was clean with complete equipment.

Reception were helpful and check in/ check out was easy. The underfloor heating didn’t work which meant the lounge area felt a little cold but reception gave us a portable heater which did work well. We were comfortable and I can imagine it would be stunning in good weather (we were unlucky with all the rain). There’s a tumble dryer and fresh linen etc. WiFi was excellent as was the tv choice for wet days. Deposit was returned quickly. There are extra fees (cleaning and bed linen) but the bed...

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. Our stay at Jazz was amazing. Service was great from the moment we arrived and managed to get in our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which is the normal check in time. Room was lovely and clean, great view of the arena and great little adds ons like the use of a speaker provided by the hotel. Easy upgrade upon arrival. Great internal decoration. Modern and clean.

Hotel was beautiful. Only 2 minutes from the metro station and only a short ride into the centre. Will definitely be booking this hotel again next year.
