Outstanding service, from room service to restaurant... and even the reception. The hotel may not be 5 a 5 Star, but the staff definately are.
The room was large and well furnished.
The only constructive criticism I have, is that the carpet was stained, and the crowning and walls are in need of upkeep and maintenance.
That said, I would definately stay here again.

close to major freeways and nature trails. Receptionist not very helpful explaining how to get to the room. The building has been added on several times with different levels, numerous odd staircases and several elevators to negotiate to get to the room. Bathroom is odd: lots of unused floorspace, yet hardly any shelf space next to sink for toiletries. Room lacks sufficient electrical outlets.
Cleanliness superb! the room had both shower and whirlpool tub. But, you had to run the whole room to wash your hand after visit the toilet. The extra bed was not comfortable; it was a folding one and, though of seemingly good quality, it was not possible to get a good night's sleep on it. The place was under remodelling, so, the path to the room was through different floors/elevators or through the restaurant, whereas the "last mile" of the path was through a temporary wood-board construction lit by led ropes, which resembled a jetway :-) . The service would not make any corrective actions: the cracked water reservoir in espresso coffee maker was never addressed (they suggested I try it out and if it leaks they would act); they also seem to consistently leave decaf only coffee sticks that are used to make instant coffee with a boiler. The restaurant of the hotel was very well organized. The ice-cream based sweets were extremely tasty. The hamburger was not something extraordinary in taste.
The best pillows I had on a hotel. And then I travel around 20-30 nights every year and sleep on hotels around the world every year for a lot of years now.
Room is good, but basic with minimal amenities, although it has a good bed / mattress. Bathroom is very nice with great shower and bath. TV had minimal channels and I was not able to connect my devices to it. Desk lamp also didn't function.
It's a decent hotel, however, there was construction work going on during the day which was quite disruptive due to near-continuous loud noises. This was not announced when I made my booking, even though works were already ongoing.
The room was damp and smells bad. Air does not go through. I booked and paid for 2 nights, but on the first day, the hotel called on the phone when I was sleeping, asking me time to check out. It was hotel mistake but they disturbed my sleep.

Disliked: Room comfort
It was very cold in my room and I could not get it to warm up no matter what I did.
Fine hotel, undergoing renovations. Not a bother and saw no construction or workers.
Only one problem was the heating/cooling system, was listening to the fan all night and woke me several times. I would recommend they put an instruction on how to turn it off. According to the receptionist on check out, she recommended taking the key card out which powers lights and sockets etc and the fan will turn off. With no power at the outlets how do I charge my devices overnight? Please look at an instruction label beside the thermostat. If it cannot be manually turned off by the occupant in the room, then this is baldly designed. Other than that a lovely stay and very nice room.
