"I want to begin this review by saying i was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and staff. I would be so bold as to say this hotel is the BEST in all of Gurugram, and i say that with confidence because i have stayed at many of the 4 and 5 star hotels here. Special thanks must be given to Sylvester because his professionalism and indepth explanation is what ultimately led to me book my stay at the Taj. I usually do indepth research and when i came across the interview he did, i had a great feeling about my stay. He is just as pleasant and professional as he was on the video. "Large room with modern facilities; helpful staff and great dinner and breakfast buffet. We weren't happy that the pool was closed during our stay, and would not have booked to stay at Crowne Plaza if we knew the pool was shut. Also had a dust mite allergy during my stay"

"This stay fell below expectations. Reception was poor. Apart from Abdu and Sourav who were professional and helpful, most staff appeared disengaged, avoided eye contact, and did not offer any sense of welcome. The room size was average but noises were a major issue. Other guests conversations and doors banging, made it difficult to rest. Breakfast selection was limited, with no fresh juices or fresh pastry options. The so-called “fitness studio” is tiny and far from what one would expect at this level. Overall, this property feels closer to a two-star experience. Significant improvements in service attitude and facilities are needed."

"The hotel was fantastic. It had all the essentials amenities like a kettle, bathing essentials, complimentary water, and a TV. The spacious room was a huge plus. The gym and pool facilities were also great, and the breakfast was delicious, with all the necessary food items. A standout feature was the ample storage space in the room, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience."
