"Very Nice area with a lot of nice restaurants. . "

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"Super family friendly!"

"The hotel’s location was very near to food, amenities and the west lake area. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff, extremely helpful. A small con is that major construction of a new building is taking place directly in front of the hotel which contributed to construction noise."

"Excellent service, regardless of whether are you checking in or out, the staff treated you professionally and politely. The proximity to the malls around Wulin square and the Wulin night market is also a plus. But they need to review the "tastiness" of the breakfast. The breakfast has a respectable spread, what one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but the "tastiness" has many room for improvement."

"The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff adjusted routine to my likes. The location is good, walkable to West Lake with lots of restaurants and shopping choices."

"Roomy and clean"

"Staff, facilities and food was excellent!"

"The hotel has a great location, cross the street from the West Lake. The view in the room is stunning."
