The staff are gentle and willing to help us about the direction in Ha Noi, famous dishes, help us arrange luxury and very good HaLong tour and driver for taking to the airport with good price. "Very nice and historic hotel in very good condition. I stayed in the old historic wing and did not regret that decision. There were two incidents in which privacy and communication was a problem but overall glad to have had the chance to stay there. Breakfast was excellent and includes their famous egg coffee if you ask. "
