"A bit of a walk to main tourist pedestrian zone. but not bad. I had to wait 5 hours for my room because I arrived very early. but the staff accommodated me, to choose a room I preferred. Most of the staff was helpful. as was the manager. Room had phone. refrigerator and good English TV selection including CNN"

"A good breakfast spread , yes , in room cleaning was and is very poor , when I checked in I saw a cigarette box plus some empty packages of the previous renter … dosent say 5 star does it .., otherwise the hotel is superbly located and you have everything from eateries to high end shopping all around the corner … staff some are the smiling type and , some just do their job in a rather mechanical way .. I would rate the hotel very highly for its location and for its breakfast spread "

"The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained. The staff are excellent and willing to assist with all your needs. The location is good but a bit of a walk to the center, an easy walk if you don’t mind walking. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Sofia."

"We had a good time staying in this hotel. Location is close and walkable to the tourist spots. The room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable.
