"Did not try the breakfast... but, this hotel gets filled with che@p w0men and m@fi@ men, and is full of smoke inside - absolutely do not recommend! When i tried to complain to the front desk, the service staff was super rude and said the smoke comes from the bar, to go complain there... I did, and it did not help! It was so bad with smoke, that it was like a fog. "

"A good breakfast spread , yes , in room cleaning was and is very poor , when I checked in I saw a cigarette box plus some empty packages of the previous renter … dosent say 5 star does it .., otherwise the hotel is superbly located and you have everything from eateries to high end shopping all around the corner … staff some are the smiling type and , some just do their job in a rather mechanical way .. I would rate the hotel very highly for its location and for its breakfast spread "

"We had a good time staying in this hotel. Location is close and walkable to the tourist spots. The room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable. Staff are very helpful, we arrive early and they check us in with the room upgrade. We will be staying in this hotel when we visit Sofia, Bulgaria again someday. Highly recommended. "The hotel stay was nice and comfortable. Nice location. I wish they started the breakfast by 7:30am and not 8am. All our tours start at 8 or 8:30am. Do not have laundry service even though it's mentioned on the website."
