"Centrally located and very convenient to visit all the landmarks. Generally clean ( mirrors in the bathroom needed some cleaning) and very spacious room. Breakfast was excellent "

"Room was nice but very hot. Even with the temperature set to 10 degrees and full fan level 3 it was pumping out hot air. Due to this I had to have the window open meaning I was constantly having smoke come into my room from the street below, and meaning the room (facing the street with a tram) was so loud at night it was almost impossible to sleep. There was also music coming from downstairs until gone midnight all 3 nights I stayed, with the bass so loud even with earplugs in I could feel it in my bed. Don’t stay here if you want to rest "

"The hotel stay was nice and comfortable. Nice location. I wish they started the breakfast by 7:30am and not 8am. All our tours start at 8 or 8:30am. Do not have laundry service even though it's mentioned on the website."

"Room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was great, complimentary refreshments at reception during throughout the day, spa & swimming facilities was great - including bathrobe & slippers (liked the addition of having to wear a swimming cap, I didn't use the gym but it looked decent, not too far for public transport & restaurants. I would 100% stay again"
