"We booked this hotel because it stated it had an indoor pool and hot tub. When we arrived, the pool was closed. It did open the next night, but the hot tub was filled in and permanently closed. There were no towels in the pool area. After we unpacked, the air conditioner in our room quit working. They did move us to another room. The laundry room was closed as well. Our stay wasn’t completely terrible, but we won’t stay here again."

"There's one thing about all hotels I do not understand and that is their concession items. They all say they want to serve me, the customer, etc. So why are you charging me $3 for a candy bar you can buy for $1 or less. The same with soda etc. Cut those prices in half! "

"We have stayed here many times and it was great. This time we did not get the room we requested, the room we got smelled musty, black mold in the shower, stains on the bedspread and blankets. I told the gal who checks us in that had that been our first time staying we would never be back. She is wonderful and was quite horrified that it was not a good stay for us. If someone tries to give me room 112 next time, I will go elsewhere."
