"this was in a great area! such a short walk to grand central terminal. other places are within a decent walking distance as well. visited new york with my sister & we both had a great time. it was very nice to come back to after a long day of walking around. only thing that sucks is on weekend mornings, the elevator queue can put you back about 15-30 mins. not sure if this occurs weekly or just the weekend we were booked but expect this to occur in the mornings until 11am. staff were very considerate to email guests about instances like this! we also had an issue with a faint sound/alarm in our room that was quite annoying & staff came to investigate in a timely manner! very accommodating staff! would most likely stay at the westin again!"

"We had a GREAT 2-night stay here! Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a room which was one of their newly renovated rooms and it was simply beautiful. The hotel was wonderful, but even better is the location: 5 min walk to Times Square, Broadway and Rockefellar Center, 15 mins to Central Park. It doesn't get better than this at this price! Will stay here every time we visit NYC from now on!!!"
