"We made a late night stop here on our drive home to Texas from the Grand Canyon, so it fit our needs perfectly. The facility is a little rundown, but good value for what we payed. The staff was super friendly and just because of the staff alone we would stop there again. The complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, waffles, juice and coffee and was more than adequate for or early morning departure."

"They were prepared for our arrival. But the air-conditioning did not work. They changed us to a different room where it did work. But there was no shampoo, conditioner or toilet paper in the room. We did obtain it from the front desk."

"When I booked a stay in Holbrook, AZ, I didn’t expect much. What I found at the BW Arizonian was a very pleasant surprise. It was clear that the rooms had been recently refurbished and repainted, with new fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was a cut above the typical buffet at a “breakfast included” hotel. And the staff was very efficient and helpful."

"The air condition unit was really loud. I ended up turning it off. Then the mini fridge was also loud. I had a hard time falling asleep, then the alarm went off at midnight. The Spa was cold and the pool was freezing.For those leaving early , don't have your child talking right outside peoples doors. My stay would of been a lot better if the units weren't so noisy. Tired traveler."
