"The room was clean, it was obvious some things were a little bit worn and old, but clean. I was extremely exhausted from traveling, I called shortly after I booked the room seeing if I could check in early so I could just sleep. That was not an issue at all, they were very accommodating. I would say it’s definitely a safe area, it’s part of Navajo nation, I would stay there with my children if they were still young, not too many amenities, but the surrounding area is beautiful and it’s safe. Nice big complementary breakfast in the morning. I was able to park right in front of my door."
"The staff at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. We asked for a lower level room, later in the evening when we checked in and she made arrangements. We appreciated her kindness. They do use a room freshener that was quite apparent. While it made the room seem fresh, it was really overpowering for me."
