Staff are friendly. Amenities are adequate. Location of the hotel is good with restaurants and shops nearby. However, bed linen and towels seem "yellowish" which leaves a bad impression.

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection
Excellent staff, professional and helpful, newer property. Gorgeous sea view and Instagramable bath situation but our AC didn’t work well (24C for our whole stay though we dropped it to 16C as soon as we checked it). They tried but unable to fix it and were not offered a change of room…
