Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that it is slightly outside georgetown but this is not a criticism of hotel. Excellent pool and gym. Great hotel"

"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful.
