"Enjoyed the top notch spa service and also the cab service. Shout out to an amazing front desk rep- Shiny who provided excellent recommendations and also amazing spa staff. Food left much to be desired as there werent a lot of choices for vegetarian food and ala carte. Dust on side tables and room accessories were not clean."

"Kanishka, the night duty manager was great in assisting us with a smooth checkout. He even assisted when the room device were slow and introduced us to Dinku in the travel desk to take us to kamakhya temple as we didn’t know much coming from London. Dinku made sure of taking care of us during our journey to kamakhya and airport while going back to London. Absolutely brilliant set of people who made us love the experience. We’ll come back again and refer our friends too!"

"Excellent spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Staff service is inefficient. Booked buffet breakfast but no buffet was set up as there were few people in the hotel. No juice , no fruits for breakfast provided. What's the point of booking breakfast then? There were mosquitoes in the room but the whole hotel couldn't produce a good night machine. They only had a liquidator refill without the machine. Excellent property but totally disorganised"

"Hot water was a bit on and off (sometimes the shower was cold, sometimes the sink tap, sometimes neither, sometimes both). 9 am breakfast call each morning wasn't requested. Otherwise a nice stay, and friendly helpful staff, but not quite worth the high price."
