"The check in took for hours. Rooms were not ready. We came in at 2 had lunch and even at 3.15, were told rooms were getting ready. After this hiccup- it was hunky dory- all smooth. "

"This “retreat” is at present a construction zone. To their credit, they moved me after one night to a room that did not look out on scaffolding (with workers perched outside my room) and that I didn’t have to walk through sand and cement operations to get to. But I would check to make sure that construction is done before staying here, there is no garden and a lot of noise. Once the construction is done it will be quite nice, the rooms are good and the food is excellent."

"THe rooms were poorly finished. One Restaurant, one bar, one Spa/Gym was all that it had. Not meeting 5* amenities requirements. Exposed wiring in the bathroom near the shower. WiFi broken in the room. Wa asked to share neighbouring room’s."
