Chateau Cartier Hotel & Resort, an Ascend Collection Resort
Spa was great, but busy on a Friday. The room was terrible. Beds were like bricks, the window wasn't able to be opened, and the thermostat wouldn't go below 22 degrees, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable for the entire night.
