"The staff was great at the property. They accommodated a room change part way though our stay. The first room was 26 degrees and wasn't nearly as clean as the 2nd room. We found a used shower cap, stray hairs in / on the bed and cockroach in the bathroom calling up the shower walls. The 2nd room had a more manageable temperature and was markedly cleaner than the first room. The property appears to be going through a branding change. The pool was closed and there appeared to be a general problem with the HVAC controls in the guest rooms. We probably would not stay here again if in the area."

POINTS POSITIFS : - emplacement facile d'accès, à 2 min de l'autoroute 50 - personnel chaleureux et accueillant - chambre et espaces communs très propres - chambre magnifique, spacieuse et climatisée - bain tourbillon double très profond (à l'extérieur de la salle de bain) - gros foyer électrique décoratif au mur (ambiance romantique assurée!) - matelas confortable et moelleux - beaucoup de serviettes, essuie-mains et débarbouillettes fournis POINTS FAIBLES : - mal insonorisé, on entend tous les bruits dans le corridor - les plaques en bois de la base de lit craquent/grincent à chaque fois qu'on bouge + le matelas glisse sur la base et on doit souvent le replacer - difficilement desservi par Uber oi Lyft (prioriser un taxi)"

"The hotel was clean and accommodated our party with opening up their breakfast service at 6am over the weekend. Very quiet overnight. The only suggestion that I would make, would be that they allow people into the dining area after meal hours (as a place to congregate). "

"Staff at check in were welcoming and friendly. I was a little concerned because I know parking can be challenging in the area and was relieved to know that they had both indoor parking and exterior parking. I was lucky enough to get there early and there were still spots in indoor parking so I opted with that. The room was fantastic, clean spacious and everything you need for several days stay. The kitchenette, full fridge, microwave, stove, dishes, utensils, etc. all helped facilitate not having to spend money to eat out every single meal. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to spend a few days in the area. It’s very convenient, centrally located, and more than enough Space then what you could need."
