This guy s a fantastic hotel! Wonderful facilities and food. Also, the staff are super helpful and friendly - sent us to a great garage who fixed our broken rear view mirror The area is spectacular! A five star place!

The villa is beautiful and rather room we had was exceptional the owner was so helpful and really made the stay,breakfast was fab and the terrace fantastic

Valentina and Pietro were both amazing. Property location was perfect. Clean, different and facilities were excellent. Loved the fact that Valentina kept in touch all through our stay and sent helpful guides and map to us. Also lovely pictures of Lucca. We will return.

Boutique style property beautifully furnished to a high standard in a quiet location within Lucca walls

The property is reaslly nice with large spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a very peaceful remote location with stunning views. The pool was really nice, but could do with some heating and it would be nice if there was a small fitness centre on-site. There was a limited lunch menu based on being so remote. Dinner was great, but a very small restaurant. The couple managing the hotel were really friendly

We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive. There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Excellent hotel. Best breakfast i have come across. Good selection. Did not get chance to try out SPA. However I expect to be brilliant as rest of the hotel.

Modern room, friendly staff, sweet dog Oto keeps you company and make u smile.. Views are amazing. The only issue we had was finding the property as the signage for the hotel is not great and we really struggled to find it.. The signage name at the property door is totally different name than what you booked on Expedia.. Room can benefit from a kettle and drinking facility and mini fridge other than that great stay 😊

We stayed in room 9. We loved the unusual decor,cleanliness, the friendly staff, the good size of shower (not being the thinest of people), the air conditioning that worked really well, breakfast and the drinks and bits to eat in the basement dining room availability 24 hours per day. It also has a car park which was a worry if it did not have one. The only issue we had was the place has no lift which meant we had to leave our large suitcase in the car.

Amazing hotel , spectacular views ,food was delicious and the staff were exceptional Book a room with breakfast as probably works out cheaper especially if you don't have a car to get to Barga You can take a shuttle from hotel but only at certain times so this can be limiting.. Taxi service available but expensive if only two of you paying, car hire is very reasonable and you can make the most of the area as lots of places to visit. Well if you are going to stay in Lucca this is the place to come to Celeste and family are so welcoming it was as if you had known them for years,communication was great for getting in if she was out, the premises are in a wonderful quiet area about 5mins outside the wall away, to walk from train station around the wall to the exit port about 30 - 45 mins just google to see, the villa has good security ,the bedrooms are fantastic and bed very comfortable,all the information is supplied for...

Wonderful hotel in a quiet street in the heart of Lucca, near the amphiteatro. The rooms are beautifully decorated with frescos, comfortable and with all facilities. Breakfast is a highlight with choices to suit everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. One of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.
