"The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room and excellent, ample breakfast. Shower is tight for a plus-sized person. Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. Still, I highly recommend this B&B!"

The location was great, with an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were especially lovely and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. "The photos are not what they rooms are. It is really a rundown place, where the "cottage" is ugly and poorly maintained. The way to reach the "cottages" are poorly kept. One needs a 4x4 to drive around the property. The Superior Cottage was like a shack, narrow, not properly finished, a disgrace. We were offered another one and shown the photos, which in no way reflected, once again, what we then saw. Old, narrow rooms with a strong odor of not well kept place. It is a disgrace to have this hotel listed by Hotels.com. It deserves no stars, at all. I'll be disputing the charge, for we didn't stay there because of the condition of the rooms we paid for and we're offered."
