"The front desk staff and the lobby restroom staff were courteous. However, the check-in time is 1 hour later than the standard time , there was ONLY 1 agent working the front desk at 4PM for their check-in time. The wait to be checked in was over an hour long and the line wrapped pas the casino. It's was ridiculous; they did not have enough staff to assist the guests coming in during the afternoon rush knowing that is their check-in time. Also, there was no room service. They only had cold sandwiches in the gift shop, which were not made that day and tasted disgusting; we ended up going to bed hungry. How do you mess up a sandwich? To top it off, the AC was not cooling the room at 68F and there was no tv remote in the room. Called the front desk and the staff appeared to be annoyed we called regarding a tv remote! What a joke. The experience was just awful, not worth the price at all for one night. But unfortunately it was the closest venue for a concert. Do better."
