Excellent property right in the centre of Funchal. We stayed in the top floor apartment V, which had a lovely balcony that has a side view towards the see and sunshine from midday. The hotel is situated on a main road (no noise problems though) which gives great links to the main buses in to Funchal, including a courtesy bus from the hotel, and the open top tour buses. We had a fantastic time here. The room was big and comfortable and the resort was beautifully maintained, with lovely gardens. A great place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety, catering for a wide range of dietary requirements. The various restaurants offered decent food and a good option if not wanting to venture out in the evening. The staff were all fantastic throughout. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay there again.
