We only booked last minute but it was more than we expected....not far from airport, quick efficient service when we arrived. Apartment was amazing, very clean everything available, beautiful view from the room, private pool, if your looking for a luxury, laid back, quiet holiday then this is the place. Nothing is too much for the staff very helpful always smiling....we will be back

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities. Large pool, plenty of sun beds. Buffet meals, excellent choices with meat/fish freshly cooked as required. Rooms large with balcony and very clean. Service very efficient, hairdryer did not work and was changed for a new one the same day. Did B&B, good choice for Breakfast Good size Suite and Bedroom, very clean and cleaned every day. Big Balcony to sun bathe on. Good location for the Beach and just a small walk to the shops and Restaurants which did excellent Meals. Would Recommend and would stay again.

Just returned from a week at the resort. We stay half board in bungalow close to the hotel reception. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied daily. The grounds of the resort are immaculately kept and all staff that we met were friendly and helpful. The Italian Manager, Alessandro could not have been more helpful to us. He upgraded us to a pool view and ensured that every query was answered effectively. The food at this hotel (which is predominantly German) is absolutely first class. The standard of drinks is superb, inc the wine selection at dinner. Very good value for money, the suite looks nice and modern, the bed was huge and very comfy. The pool area was lovely as well.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. Well travelled and this is up there with the best i have ever stayed. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and beautiful Couldn't rate it high enough. Breakfast is a typical one you would get in spain (3 star). 5 stars overall from me.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. The apartment was brilliant with everything you need provided, the whole complex was first class which includes the staff from reception, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff, the food in the bar/restaurant was brilliant, the food and drink prices were very good (the happy hour made it even better) I would definitely go back there and I have already recommended it to friends

We stayed in the hotel for one night before leaving for the UK after a disastrous cruise. It was magnificent! The staff were amazing, as was the hotel. It was just what we needed after a very stressful holiday!

We had a really great holiday-rooms are modern & clean, friendly staff, beautiful main pool, great food on AI, great animation team & evening entertainment every night & a nice village feel to the complex. I have to mention the restaurant staff,they're just great and so efficient and nothing is too much to ask for them. The entertainment in hotel was good for the week we stayed.
