"Highly recommend. The hotel was clean, modern and rooms very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks of an evening were relaxed and on the Friday and Saturday there were singers on. The swimming pool and spa facilities were lovely. More water fountains needed! Breakfast was tasty and good quality, however on the Saturday morning we had to wait about 20 minutes for eggs! The younger members of staff were not the best at responding to requests unless more senior members of staff were around. Aside from this we loved our stay."

"Parking area was fine except for a few who parked outside the marked areas and made exiting difficult. Room was comfortable, one chair had wobbly legs and didn't feel safe otherwise fine. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on it. Staff were very friendly and helpful"

"Everyone at this facility were polite and helpful. Many useful things and places nearby, such as a big store with everything you need and want (grocery, electronics, cooking ware, and more). Only 2 - 3 blocks away, pedestrian friendly path to barber shops, restaurants, bar, pubs, coffee shops, and an indoor mall about 5 - 6 blocks away from hotel. Walking paths on the Trent River and more. Motorhead (Lemmy fans) can go to a statue in Burslem, a little bit north of the hotel as well. Staff, clean room, great hotel bar/restaurant setup. Parking available, but I didn't use it. I used Uber to get around, since I was on a schedule. "

"I had a very quiet night, considering it's right by the motorway! No traffic noise audible at all. Limited choice of breakfast options at the neighbouring service station. "

"Been many times, nice team and service, stunning area and old building while new part bran new rooms, excellent fitness center also. Ill say weakest after many dinners would be restaurant."
