"Beautiful place, spotlessly clean, uniquely decorated rooms and two amazing hosts.
I would highly recommend this place to anybody travelling to the area.
Also the nicest breakfasts I've had while travelling."

Loved everything about the hotel, outside cabin and spa. Lovely relaxing time with a friend for the weekend. Very clean. Lovely staff and amazing sunday dinner.
My only annoyance was my friend forgot her toothbrush and they charged us £2 for one. I feel a complimentary toothbrush would not have affected their bottom line considering how much we spent at the property. But otherwise a beautiful venue with great staff and a beautiful luxurious spa.

Really great helpful staff dealing brilliantly in difficult situations in COVID-19. Well organised e.g. breakfast and bar. Social distancing possible with only one family in lifts at a time, etc. Reception desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms fairly clean. Some dated looking bits e.g. carpet stains but fine for the price.

The Hotel staff were warm and very welcoming. The food was fantastic, apart from small portions. I had fish and chips was beautiful but I had 14 chips😩

The staff definitely had the wow factor, we were treated like royalty and my kids were made to feel really special. Good gluten free selection at breakfast.

We picked this hotel at random whilst travelling towards Norwich just expecting an ordinary little pub. Imagine our surprise when we were shown to a roomy room with a large en suite. Also deciding to have dinner we were served a beautifully presented meal which would compete favorably with many of the restaurants in the area and beyond. The staff were friendly and well versed in the history of the area.

Check in was very efficient.
Room spacious and clean. En suite shower / toilet clean too. Bed was very comfortable.
Wifi worked well, without any problems.
Although the car park was busy, there were plenty of parking spaces. Hotel was conveniently close to a regular bus route to Norwich city centre.
All staff at reception were helpful and professional, especially one clean shaven man, who printed a document for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable...

Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good.
The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?

I had a disabled room which was spacious and easy to manoeuvre a wheelchair around. However, the bed was low and I difficult to get in and out of.The following would have been helpful: - shelving around the sink suitcase stand higher hanging rail in wardrobe The doors in the corridor were a nightmare to get through on walking sticks or in a wheelchair. I could not have managed them on my own. Easier to go round outside of building than use corridors

We came for a 2 night stay, not knowing where the hotel was when we booked it. it was an ideal location 10 mons from the city centre, buses run every half hour from a bus stop 10mins walk away.It is on the Southern ring road ideal fro the airport and exploring north Norfolk.Plenty of parking.
The staff were excellent so chery and friendly, the room was spacious a 6ft bed , very comfortable, wide screen TV.
Tea /coffe making facitlies, ( no Biscuits).
Ensuite Bath & Shower.
Bufet type...
