The only downside was that our room was not checked on once during our 5 day stay, but when asked, the staff was always quick to provide what we needed. "

It’s close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. "Great location for sightseeing. We had a one bedroom apartment with 2 beds in the living room for kids. We still had a sofa to sit on and it was a well equipped space for a family of 4 over 5 days. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier all made it an easier holiday. Unfortunately, the pool was out of action due to a technical problem which they said will be fixed in 2 weeks. We had the breakfast on the first day which was good and even had gluten free cereal and bread which I enjoyed. Overall a lovely place to stay and we had a great time in Berlin "
