This was my 6th visit to Munich and the surrounding areas, looks like I rolled a lucky 6 on the dice for this one From the main entrance and reception to your room via the excellent restaurant and bar exceptional friendliness from the staff at all points The next morning again friendly staff at breakfast and from the room service staff Superb meals and fantastic breakfast choices Will definitely be back next year or before if I get the chance one of the best hotels I have stayed in

I've stayed here before and booked again for a reason. Tha staff are brilliant and the general atmosphere of the hotel miss fantastic, the spa is another level and I've not seen better. Very nice hotel, feels very modern and new. Location is amazing, about 15 mins from the city centre on the tram which is right outside the hotel. It has great amenities and restaurants around it too. We were upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. Parking is relatively expensive at 30 euros a day but you are in Munich and there are free alternatives around it if you have the time and patience to find them. If we ever stay in Munich again we will not look anywhere else but to stay at...
