"We stayed for four nights during Oktoberfest. The hotel was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the staff were very kind and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was great if it’s not included in your room I highly recommend adding it. The bar staff were fantastic, Tamari was especially kind and helpful with all of our questions as we were Canadians travelling to Europe for the first time. "I was grounded in Munich due to the storm and booked one night here. My room was a reasonable rate and super clean and the staff, from front desk to restaurant - at night and the next morning, were top notch working their tails off due to the influx of stranded guests. I wish I had more time to explore but this place was warm and had a very calm and eco aesthetic. "
