"Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to eat around Queenstown and it’s within walking distance of pretty much everything. Convenience store located right next door which was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Staff are extremely accomodating whenever possible. Rooms mid-sized for a city hotel with most toiletries and amenities provided. Free breakfast buffet with machine coffee. Walkable to town down a hill. Only issue is street parking which is almost impossible to find even in the quieter season, so expect to pay $25 a night to park your car here. "
