"Tv didn’t work, bathroom lights didn’t work consistently (had to use the flashlight on our phones in the evening), & we had to unscrew the bulbs in the bedroom as they wouldn’t turn off "

"The hotel is reasonably priced, clean and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay with our two little dogs. "

"The room was very dirty and smelled very musty. I did not notice the condition of the pull out sofa until it was too late. If we had not arrived so late and needed to get to bed quickly, we would’ve asked for a room change. There were pieces of food on the sofa bed and underneath the mattress when I lifted the corner to place the fitted sheet on. Once the sofa bed was open, you could see all be filth under it as well. The furniture is not heavy and it’s easy to side over and clean underneath. Very lazy cleaning job. "

"I had paid for a room with a hot tub. That didn't happen. The first room I was put in stank of cat urine. The second room haded a bathroom with cracked sink housing and a filthy tub. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a shower. The bed looks like it's falling apart. The thermostat couldn';t be regulated. Sorry to say this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."
