"The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The very good breakfast selection. Would absolutely stay again."

"Don't waste your money staying here! We ended up at another hotel because of the lack of help and the horrible room. The toilet felt like the height of one in a pre-school and the climate control of the room was terrible. The bathroom was very small and not very friendly to use. The sound of the traffic was not good either. Could not reach any staff to discuss our concerns had to send an email to get answered 2 days later. Lock to main house door was supposed to be kept locked and was not. Hot tub was also out of order and was not told until the day before arrival. Again don't waste your time with these people, go somewhere else!"

"Room key kept malfunctioning. Had to get it reprogrammed three times. Fitness center equipment did not work."
