"Upon arrival our original room hadn't been cleaned. I sent a text to their number and received an immediate response. They were very apologetic and assigned us to another room right away! Customer service is top notch! We absolutely loved the room! The bed is so comfy and linens smelled nice and fresh. The building is very secure. I don't think there's much worry about that though because the neighborhood seemed really clean and friendly. This will be my to go place when we visit Kentucky! Thank you for a pleasant stay! "
