"It’s an older building. But the room was great. AC kept the room comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels on hand. The sheets were clean and in good repair. No stains holes or burn marks. No signs of bugs or critters. The pool area was pristine! Pool was perfectly balanced and blue. No chlorine smell. Staff were awesome and helpful. Called to see if we liked our room shortly after checkin. And were prompt in delivering extra linen for the pullout sofa. Quiet environment allowing time to relax in between my scheduled activities. Would stay again."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The lobby and common areas were clean, and the overall design of the hotel is very cute and stylish. Unfortunately, my first room was placed right by the elevator, even though I had specifically requested a room far away from it. I did have to switch rooms the next night. In the second room, I found a strand of hair in the bed, but since it was only one strand, I chose not to make an issue of it. Another downside was the front desk service, as calls often took a while to be answered. Breakfast was also disappointing. It is supposed to be served until 9:30 a.m. on weekdays, but when I came down at 9:20, staff said breakfast was already over and there was very little left available. The bed was decent, but the pillows were very thin and not the most comfortable. Overall, the hotel has charm and potential, but attention to guest requests, cleanliness details, and service could definitely be improved."

"Air vent in bathroom was dirty, cobwebs in the corners, bathtub dirty ( we only used the shower as the tub was to dirty to sit in) We went away for the day and came back, only one bed was made and sand was still on the floor, no vacuuming while we were gone. Music until the wee hours of the morning and screaming from the attached bar made sleeping almost impossible...and other things. Not a good stay, won't be back,"
