"The staff at this location have been very friendly and helpful both times I've stayed here. It's very nice to be greeted cheerfully upon arrival. The free breakfast is a nice offering and the location is super convenient if you're headed to Buffalo. The rooms are a good size, nicely maintained and very clean. No smells in the hallway. Fairly quiet. The mini fridge and microwave are very useful. The low star scores are based on first impressions. I think a lot could be done to make the arrival...
