"The bed was comfortable. There was someone else's hair in the bath tub still. It was fine until I noticed there were roaches crawling around in the bathroom. They need to make sure they have exterminator. NO one wants to come to a hotel for a stay and leave with unwanted bugs."

"We stayed in the king suite, upon arrival we noticed a damp/musty smell then we noticed water damage to a wall. Everything in the kitchenette wobbled (fridge, microwave, tea kettle), there were no forks just spoons and knives, no glasses just mugs. The hair dryer had hair stuck in it. No hand soap in the bathroom. The tv screen in the bedroom was cracked/broken. No access to the ice machine after 9pm. Parking was a nightmare. When I asked for a later check out they told me it would be $75 for 1-2 hours. The only thing we liked was the side door to the back parking lot. There should also be a warning that the hotel is adjacent to several frat houses which played music all night. Not the worst cleanliness, but for $200+ a night, not worth it. Our friends stayed at the Graduate and next time we will too."

"Wonderful Inn! Beautiful room off a quiet little terrace. Everyone so accommodating and friendly. We had our 6 yo lab with us. The cute park across the street was perfect for walks. Wish we had more time to sit by the pool!"
