Pior experiência em um hotel

Tive uma experiência extremamente frustrante durante minha hospedagem. Passei praticamente a noite inteira em claro, pois meu filho de quase 3 anos não teve uma cama extra disponível — algo essencial para o nosso conforto. Como era de se esperar, a cama ficou pequena para nós três, tornando a noite desconfortável e exaustiva. Tentando melhorar a situação, arrastei a cama até a parede e me deparei com um cenário inaceitável: o chão estava extremamente sujo, e para piorar, havia até uma garrafa de água usada embaixo da cama. Um erro grotesco de limpeza, que levanta sérias dúvidas sobre os cuidados com a higienização do restante do quarto — afinal, se o que está visível já está assim, o que não vemos pode ser ainda pior. Ao entrar em contato com a recepção, me informaram que não havia outro quarto disponível. Porém, por volta da 1h30 da madrugada, fui surpreendida com a sugestão de arrumar as malas porque então iriam nos trocar de quarto. Uma total falta de organização e empatia com o hóspede — especialmente tratando-se de uma criança pequena em plena madrugada. Infelizmente, foi uma noite péssima que comprometeu completamente nossa experiência. Esperava, no mínimo, mais preparo, cuidado e respeito com os hóspedes.
