Um bom hotel

Um bom e bem localizado hotel para quem precisa de um lugar decente para passa a noite. Bom atendimento e boa limpeza, porém faltando algumas coisas básicas no quarto como suporte para sabonetes e shampoo dentro do box do chuveiro (um bom chuveiro, por sinal).

Ótima estadia

Ficamos um dia e nos colocaram em um ótimo quarto, porém somos asmáticos e o ar condicionado estava muito sujo. Tivemos que lavar as telas no banheiro. Demos uma nova oportunidade e voltamos em mais uma diária e nos colocaram em um quarto bem piorado no 14 andar. Os quartos lá são mais velhos. Conversamos e nos realocaram no 5 andar. Os quartos são mais novos, porém novamente tivemos que lavar as telas do ar condicionado.

Café da manhã na cobertura do prédio, com boa vista para vários pontos da cidade. Quarto muito grande, box do chuveiro super pequeno.. A cama tem tamanho bom, mas não estava muito confortável. O hotel é antigo e tem muitos andares, com muitos quartos.. entao tem sempre muita gente chegando ou saindo. Fica bem no centro antigo da cidade, bom para conhecer pontos turísticos a pé. Pelo preço e localização, ficaria novamente. Mas seria bom que o hotel tivesse uma manutenção melhor das instalações ou fosse se modernizando aos poucos.

Péssima experiência

Fiquei hospedado uma semana no Andrade Cecomtur e foi uma experiência bastante insalubre ficar lá. Para mim, o lado positivo do hotel foi o quarto aquecido, o café da manhã simples e a vista de lá. De resto, apenas estresse. O hotel não tem capacidade estrutural para gerir a quantidade de pessoas que hospeda. Os elevadores demoram bastante, e às vezes param em andares sem serem solicitados. Além disso, tive problemas com aquecimento da água: durante uns 2-3 dias, tive que tomar banho frio porque a água não aquecia. Também quiseram me cobrar por produtos do frigobar que não consumi. Na manhã do checkout, me ligaram algumas vezes para 'me lembrar' do horário do check-out. Um completo amadorismo. Para finalizar, solicitei a nota fiscal para comprovar os gastos com hospedagem, e eles me enviaram uma nota com o valor errado, e alegaram que não é possível corrigi-la, porque o valor da nota é o que está no sistema deles. Um hotel pouco profissional, que claramente visa acomodar o maior número de hospedes, sem oferecer a estrutura mínima para terem uma estádia tranquila e confortável.

a tv não funcionou na primeira noite e nao havia funcionario para consertar, na manha da uktima diaria nao tinha agua quente no hotel, tive que tomar banho frio. O estacionamento parceiro fica tres quadras de distancia e nao tem manibrista a pessoa tem que andar tudo pra buscar seu carro.
