"I had a phenomenal time here. Lynn and the entire front desk staff provided exceptional support and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The hotel and area around comfortable and walkable while also giving access to many near by attractions and amenities. Definitely worth the stay whether you go solo like I did or with a family. "The bed was very comfortable however the A/C was a little loud. It was a quick turnaround trip so basically checked in at 8pm and checked it at 4:30 am. It's literally across the street from the airport but it's not the safest to try to walk across to it. It's a major road with a lot of traffic. "

"Concierge lady had no idea what parking options were. Suggested we do street parking then said never mind it’s only 2 hrs. We arrived and she never confirmed the location just responded “I hope so” to us saying “I hope we’re in the right spot.” She did nothing to help either of us. Esp my mother with her bags, which wouldn’t be an issue, but she said it was her job prior. No front desk staff available upon check-in for a while. Housekeeping always left items behind. Other than that great food!"
