Elevator was broken for several days. The staff definitely helped with our luggage for checkout but the rest of the time we used the stairs. Still not so bad but the gates on the stairs did not lock properly so it gives the impression of a property that is not well maintained.

Our room was at the rear of the hotel, maybe because we booked it through Expedia, I don't know, but certainly not the best location. I've noticed that we tend to get weird room locations if I use a booking service other than the hotel itself. It only had One elevator, not convenient to anything. ...

Bathrooms were very old and had mold growing in the one corner. Furniture was worn and needed to be replaced. Did like the view of the pool and the marina being on-site.
