"Was really looking forward to our trip, and excited to spend our anniversary there. Paid for the superior room with a scenic view. Unfortunately the Room was disappointingly small, you had to lean into the small window to see the scenic view, the tv turned itself on and off every 5 minutes and couldn’t connect to it even though we tried every way, room was cold and couldn’t turn heat up, the rainfall shower was a normal shower! Not very honest from an advertising perspective on the Radisson site and superior room was identical to the standard room on the sites imagery which is disappointing and misleading. Loved Edinburgh and will return many times over but will choose a better hotel to be honest."

"Beautiful views, excellent food and really lovely staff. After checking in, I ordered food from the restaurant staff. The gentleman who took my order (his name may have been Nigel, his hair was in a ponytail), was so pleasant and his smile was genuine, something that in turn made me smile, not easy after a 30 hour working day. The room was also lovely with views towards Edinburgh and I hadn’t booked anything fancy. In the morning, the buffet breakfast was great with lots of fresh food being brought out by some more lovely staff. I’ve never left a review before so I hope it means something to someone reading this. If I have to stay in Edinburgh again, I’ll be hoping I can get a room here."

"The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels by the bed. The staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfast is worth it so please make sure you have breakfast there every day. We had dinner once there and it was fresh and delicious. "

"Newly opened restaurant is lovely, beautiful view and nice breakfast. Location of hotel is very central and convenient for walking everywhere. Rooms are smaller and quite basic and could use some attention to a few maintenance type details, but overall a decent spot and an excellent location "
