Was recommended this property by a colleague and i am glad i tried it out the facilities are new and modern and the staff are very attentive. Food was very nice. I found breakfast was a little over priced as there is fixed £15 charge which if you just want toast and a coffee is a bit pricey. But all in all very good and i will visit again.

Very friendly staff. The Scottish breaky was amazing (cooked to order so you wait a wee bit) It's in the center of town. If you stay during Rugby. 7s it gets lively. So if you want piece and quiet avoid those dates. If you want to party during 7s no better place to be. Mint.

Nice old building, good location, friendly and helpful staff but food well below standard. Very poor sound proofing in rooms and bath room facilities in urgent need of refurbishment.
