"The room was very comfortable and clean. Well packed with all the amenities you might need and even free snacks! There was room cleaning every day, the cleaning lady was extremely nice and polite. They also had free laundry service which was super useful. The reception staff were very helpful and kind , they helped us with all the needed reservations to the attractions! The breakfast was great, with a variety of food everyday, and the breakfast ladies were super sweet and serviceable! If we ever get the chance to come back to Beijing we would definitely stay here again!!!!reservations"
"The room was very clean, cozy, and with complete toiletries. Everything was provided! The laundry is free of charge. When we arrived, Ana met us by the North gate with a warm smile. She helped us carry our luggages to the hotel, then Lynn put them directly to our room. Since we arrived late, they offered us something to eat which was a very thoughtful gesture. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - Ava, Yulia, Mia, Dana, Ana, Lynn, etc. They made us feel very special until we left the hotel!!! My family and I are strongly recommending this hotel because it is not only located at the heart of tourist hubs (near the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square), but it consists of staff with big hearts!!!"
Beijing Tangfu Nanluoguxiang Wang Fu Jing Forbidden City Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always offered a warm drink for us whenever we left the hotel or came back (went in the winter). They also helped us order items we didnt have and got it to us in a timely manner. The communication between us and the staff was a little bit difficult as they mostly didnt speak english, but they always tried their best to accommodate and thankfully I had family members who were able to communicate with them. Overall would stay again when I travel to Beijing again. "
