"It has been a while since i actually enjoy my stay in a Chicago hotel close to the airport. Me and my kids loved the place, everybody was so nice, they had fresh brewed coffee ALL DAY, my kids loved the breakfast, and it was pet friendly, even staff petted my dogs. Loved how quiet it was. "

"The Hyatt isn’t what it used to be. It may have been in an older room on the 11th floor but there were parts of the carpet that were a little sticky in the bathroom floor was sticky as well. I had to wipe it down. There was also long brown hair on the outside of the toilet basin. Got an early check in and the bar area was open and nice"

"The price for the hotel was amazing, great value, and overall I was well pleased with the hotel and the room. Also, the staff both in the evening and morning were 5 stars plus, very friendly and attentive. What was a concern to me was while walking in the hallways the wallpaper appeared worn out and what was not cool was our bathroom door had the paint pealing off of it [I tried to convince my wife and son that it was actually a part of a design on the door]."
