"Staff at check in was super friendly. Room was clean and spacious, free parking and breakfast were great. We initially had a room on the 4th floor and there was a loud vibrating/humming noise, likely from the AC unit on the roof. Staff was incredibly helpful in getting us a new room very quickly."

"We stay at the Mod because of the location to the Corner and our daughters apartment. The location for us is very desirable. That said, you are in a college town; the train can be heard going by, the frats are close and you can hear music and the street out front can be noisey. We bring a sound machine to drown out the noise. The staff is literally the nicest and most helpful.
