"Absolutely, hands down, the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. We were in an upgraded room, but felt as though we were sleeping in a tent on the side of the street. A fight in which the cops were called but the hotel allowed them both to continue staying, (????) partying, any person accessing Wolf can access your hotel rooms- and the actual room doors had a gap so big they looked like they had been kicked in at some point- you could easily see into the room from the hallway by simply looking through the gap at the deadbolt. Terrible staff- literally had my drivers license thrown back at me when asking for a replacement key card. Clogged toilet as soon as we checked in on the first day, a hole in the drywall in our room, just all around a poor experience of a long weekend. The only redeemer was Blake, one of the sweetest valet we’ve met. "

"The location is the best part of this hotel. Very clean and staff was friendly. Pool was good to cool off but not impressive. Would stay here again for price and proximity to nightlife. Highly recommend if you’re just gonna use room to sleep, shower and rest before going out. Would not recommend if looking for a lot of amenities. "

"Room was very clean and roomy! Staff was so great and accommodating! We arrived very early and they let us check bags and use the pool until they got us our room a few hours ahead of time. I just love the pool here and will always be my preferred stay in Scottsdale!"

"The service is excellent, food was great, we appreciated the shuttle. The resort was clean and safe. The resort is older. The bath rooms need to be updated. The rooms are large. We enjoyed our stay."

"It was somewhat clean but the carpet was pretty stained and there was hair in the bathtub. The kitchen had a dirty baking sheet in the oven and the kitchen was pretty bare, plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans but not one spatula. No extra towels or blankets. Door didn't latch so you really had to be aware of that when leaving or else the door would just open without the key."

"I will likely not stay here again. I waited 4.5 hours for my room to be cleaned upon arrival. I let them know I would be landing early a week in advance. The food at Cala was pretty basic. The room chargers weren’t strong enough for my work laptop. Ultimately couldn’t work. I ordered room service. Food was wrong. "
