"The property was hard to find at street level. It took us 45 minutes to find the hotel, then find a place to park. We were on the top floor. The room was clean and spacious but the mattress was thin, and outside noise ie people on the street and emergency vehicle sirens were heard all night. No signage on the doors to say where you need to go makes it a bit confusing at times. Meals in the restaurant were lovely, and well priced. "

"Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly staff, throughout our stay. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy. We booked a table in the bar for 6pm and we had the haggis bon bons and the prawn and avocado cocktail. They were absolutely lovely. Then our main meal was aberdeen angus burger with skin on chips and onion rings. Best burger every, highly recommend. I had the fillet steak, but i didnt want chips, so i asked if i could have veg and potatoes, that was not a problem, it was the best meal i have had for ages. We would highly recommend the ferryhill for food and accommodation. There was just one tiny thing wrong the shower wasnt hot mainly cold than warm ."

"Everything was great including superb Leah on check in bar staff and breakfast. Only an observation and not a criticsm but we were touring scotland and expected scottish breakfast irems. No haggis. lorne sausage, tattie scone which was a disappoinment. However breakfast was nevertheless good. "
