The stay was really good. Only downfall is the gym,sauna and pool open between 9-9. Other than that everyone was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I would stay again . Late check out was amazing as well.

So close to the beach, lovely swimming pool - watch out for the seagulls though that like to go for a swim and drink!! Really clean inside, beds really comfortable.

Stayed for two weeks in this superb hotel, in an ideal location. All rooms have sea views, with balconies to relax on, to enjoy the view. The staff were excellent, all spoke good English and were efficient in every way. Would definitely stay there again.

The aim was to have a relaxed, calm break and we got that from the wonderful country, hotel, food and weather! The hotel is close enough to Lisbon (20 minutes by train which was roughly €3 return) but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings! The staff were wonderful and could not do enough to accommodate all our needs. Don’t even hesitate and book this hotel for your Lisbon trip! Hotel is immaculate, rooms are spacious,beautiful, huge comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help and make you welcome. I had a birthday during my stay and was surprised with a bottle of fizz and cake left in our room. Hotel is so convenient for everything and road is very quiet due to traffic restrictions on it. I’ve told everyone how good this hotel is and would love to return to it one...

Great location for Airport - lovely room and delicious breakfast.

Checking in, we have got champagne which was taste really good. And then we have met beautiful woman who can speak Japanese at the breakfast. She was very polite and kindness, so we felt really comfortable during stayed.

Great location for seeing the city and getting around, good transportation links. very attentive staff and loved the little things like water and coffee at reception and the room fridge with some free drinks after a long hot day exploring the city. Bar and restaurant were also a lovely addition to the experience

Nice hotel in a convenient location with Metro stations nearby.

Very thing was good, including, cleaning of the room , toilet, charging of towels on daily bases, breakfast was good. Adding some sauages to the menu would be nice. Just a suggestion. Over all good. We had happy stay

The hotel is lovely and spotless, the reception staff were fantastic the guy came to our taxi to carry our luggage on arrival as the hotel was in a pedestrian area only, the custard tart and drink on arrival was a nice touch. When we left reception called us a taxi to the airport then took our luggage to the car. If we were to return to Lisbon we would stay here again I highly recommend this hotel Thank you for a great stay.

Staying at the Pestana Palace is one of the great pleasures of life. Although it is 15-20 minutes away from downtown Rossio / Chiado by taxi, its location high on hill by the bridge is great. Belem is an easy (downhill) walk away really. The staff were awesome, they can’t do enough for you. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located outside of downtown Lisbon and the hotel put on a complimentary shuttle bus, which saves a bus, metro or taxi fare. The hotel is very close by a metro station though.

Such a cool hotel! Walking distance from the arch, main square and loads of restaurants, shops and bars The aesthetics are cool and it makes sense when you read about the history of the hotel’s location in the basement..nice surprise there
