"Staff is amazing very helpful and professional, the electronic check in and key card printer failed to work so staff had to let me in my room until they could send me a digital key which took several hours, that made it an inconvenience. The AC in the room did not work properly it would not put out any cold air."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location of Seattle. Rooms were nice size, clean and very nice. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Walking distance to Pikes Place and other nice restaurants and coffee shops. Would most definitely stay here again."
