Value for money hotel, cheap prices for decent facilities. Rooms definitely felt a little dated but were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the leisure centre and the breakfast was ok for the money we paid. Parking was free for residents. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room was fantastic, the absolute bonus was the heating was on low to keep the place toasty even though it was cold outside.

These pods were super cute and very clean. The heating in it was fantastic and kept us warm on a very cold and wet night. We were provided with the and coffee making facilities and a bag of marshmallows to toast by the fire. Kids really enjoyed it. We could also hear and sometimes see the lions ...

The reception staff were put into an impossible position as the hotel has opened for paying guests before ANY of the advertised amenities are available. NO mention of this on their own website until after our trip
We traveled via train from London as Faversham parking is limited and we arrived at Easter weekend.The Sun An easy 10 minute walk through town.Do book a Shepherds Neame Brewery Tour. Really informative and fun tasting at the end!
